Medical care
We work with veterinarians to treat and care for sick and injured animals.
Let’s help them together
Sanco Foundation is a Belgian non-profit that supports stray animals, shelters and animal welfare organisations with medical care, food and supplies. Always under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
Led by a veterinarian. Our chair is a licensed Belgian vet.
What does Sanco do?
We collect money, food, supplies and medication and make sure everything reaches the place where it is needed most at that moment. That is how we help sick, injured and neglected animals, and the people and shelters caring for them.
We work with veterinarians to treat and care for sick and injured animals.
We send veterinarians into the field to curb the stray animal problem through neutering and spaying projects.
We collect food, including specialised and veterinary diets. Dry cat food is always needed.
We collect supplies, medication and medical supplies. Medical products always go through our veterinarians.
We organise domestic and international transports, so that all help ends up in the right place.
We support shelters and animal welfare organisations in Belgium and abroad. We help where others stop.
